These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 90jali platform, including all betting, casino, payment, and account services available at 90jali. Please read this agreement carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating a 90jali account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
What These Terms Cover
The following principles summarise the key commitments embedded in these Terms and Conditions. They do not replace the full text below — all registered 90jali players are bound by the complete document.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold exactly one registered account on 90jali. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts opened on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all related accounts.
Own Funds Only
All deposits made to your 90jali account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from another person's bKash or Nagad account — are not permitted under any circumstances.
Fair Play Obligation
All players are required to engage with 90jali honestly and in good faith. Use of bots, automated betting software, exploit strategies, collusion, or any technique designed to manipulate game outcomes is strictly forbidden and will result in forfeiture of all balances.
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 90jali login credentials. 90jali will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses, free bet credits, and promotional offers issued by 90jali are subject to wagering requirements and time limits specified in the relevant promotion. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
18+ Strictly Enforced
90jali operates exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. Age verification is mandatory for all accounts. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned minus any bonus credits claimed.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 90jali ("90jali", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 90jali website at 90jali.com, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or service offered on the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 90jali platform and close your account. Continued use of 90jali following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or summarised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and use a 90jali account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. 90jali strictly prohibits gambling by anyone under the age of 18.
- You are accessing 90jali in your personal capacity and for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any other person or entity.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 90jali, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You are not prohibited from gambling by any applicable law, order, or regulation that applies to your personal circumstances.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from 90jali or had an account permanently closed by 90jali for breach of these Terms.
- You are acting on your own behalf using your own funds, and you are not a professional or semi-professional gambler operating under a scheme to exploit promotional offers.
90jali reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
3 Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Registration Requirements
Each player may register one account only on 90jali. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them may be confiscated without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any additional information requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
3.2 KYC Verification
90jali conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
- Valid passport showing name and date of birth
- Driving licence issued by BRTA (Bangladesh Road Transport Authority)
- Proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number
- Any additional document reasonably requested by the 90jali compliance team
KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. 90jali reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until full verification is completed to our satisfaction.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 90jali login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 90jali will never contact you to request your password by any means. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
90jali accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
4.2 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced KYC verification may be required for accounts depositing above certain thresholds. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 90jali playing balance within seconds of payment confirmation under normal operating conditions.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 90jali does not accept third-party deposits — a deposit from a bKash account belonging to another person (including a family member) will be returned and may trigger an account review. Deposits made from unverified or anonymous payment sources may be declined.
4.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1–4 hours during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may extend during public holidays, periods of high demand, or when additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 90jali reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete on the account.
4.4 Transaction Errors
If you believe a deposit or withdrawal has not been credited or processed correctly, you must contact 90jali support at [email protected] within 72 hours of the transaction. 90jali is not liable for transaction errors reported beyond this window unless the error is demonstrably attributable to 90jali's systems.
5 Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Sportsbook Betting
All bets placed on the 90jali sportsbook — including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other sporting markets — are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after submission except in circumstances explicitly provided for in these Terms or the specific rules of the relevant market.
90jali reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full. 90jali also reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or restrict a player's access to certain betting markets at its sole discretion.
5.2 Live In-Play Betting
Live in-play betting markets are subject to additional rules. Odds during live betting are updated in real time and may change between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is confirmed. 90jali reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without prior notice. Any bets submitted during a suspended period will be rejected and funds returned.
5.3 Casino Games
All casino games available on 90jali — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, RNG slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and crash games from Spribe — are governed by the rules of the individual game provider in addition to these Terms. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and live dealer procedures. 90jali does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.4 Disputed Results
If you wish to dispute the outcome of a bet or game result, you must submit a formal complaint to [email protected] within 48 hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted beyond this window may not be considered. 90jali's decision on all disputed outcomes, made after good-faith investigation, is final.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
90jali offers a range of promotions to registered players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar (including BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and IPL events). All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion:
- Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in your 90jali account balance.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the minimum multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for the promotion. Bonus funds not used within the time limit will expire and be removed from your account.
- 90jali reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus and begun meeting its wagering requirement will complete that bonus under the original terms.
- Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or coordinated exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts or abuse of referral programmes — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
- 90jali reserves the right to exclude specific games or betting markets from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Excluded games will be listed in the relevant promotion's terms.
7 Responsible Gaming
90jali is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from the account dashboard at no cost:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. Reality check notifications remind you of elapsed time and total wagered during the session.
- Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
- Take a Break: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a break, login, deposits, and betting are disabled. Your balance is preserved in full.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from 90jali. Self-exclusion is immediate, irrevocable for the chosen duration, and is the strongest tool available for players who feel gambling may be causing harm.

8 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 90jali platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering more than one account on 90jali under any identity, device, or payment method
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification
- Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account
- Using automated bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with casino games
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or betting on events where you have insider information or the ability to influence the outcome
- Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker games, or any other multiplayer format on the platform
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities — any player who discovers a technical error must report it immediately to support rather than exploiting it
- Using the 90jali platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities
- Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account after being excluded
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 90jali staff or other players via any communication channel
90jali employs advanced fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. All suspicious activity is reviewed by our compliance team. 90jali cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators in relation to suspected fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling investigations.
9 Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Suspension by 90jali
90jali reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time, without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected on the account
- The account holder's identity or age has not been satisfactorily verified
- A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated on a deposit to the account
- The account is at risk of being accessed by an unauthorised third party
During a suspension, access to the account — including deposits, withdrawals, and betting — will be disabled. 90jali will endeavour to notify the account holder of the suspension and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing fraud or compliance investigation.
9.2 Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your 90jali account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
9.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 90jali may charge an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month against inactive account balances after providing 30 days' prior written notice to the account holder's registered email or mobile number. Accounts with a zero balance following the inactivity period will be closed automatically.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 90jali's liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by the player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
90jali is not liable for any of the following:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings
- Indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss of any kind
- Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, internet service providers, or telecommunications failures beyond 90jali's reasonable control
- Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials
- Losses attributable to incorrect information provided by the player during registration, KYC, or payment processing
- Delays in withdrawal processing attributable to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any other third-party payment provider
Nothing in these Terms limits 90jali's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11 Amendments to These Terms
90jali reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 90jali will provide notice to registered players via one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the 90jali homepage, an in-account notification, or an email to the player's registered email address.
The amended Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the 90jali platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
The current version of these Terms, along with the effective date, will always be accessible at 90jali.com/terms-conditions. We recommend that players review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
12 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 90jali operates.
In the event of a dispute between you and 90jali, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. 90jali is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. Our target resolution time for formal complaints is 5 business days for standard queries and 15 business days for complex disputes involving transaction investigations or account reviews.
All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and must include: your registered username, a clear description of the issue, the date(s) on which the issue occurred, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction reference numbers, etc.).
These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. By continuing to use 90jali after this date, you confirm acceptance of this version of the Terms.
